We take great pride in our totally professional approach to all aspects of our business from first contact with the client, the survey, completion of works and after sales service.

We maintain the highest standards demanded of us by our membership of the PCA (Property Care Association formally the British Wood Preserving and Damp Proofing Association), the WTIF (Wall Tie Installers Federation) and the BSWA (British Structural Waterproofing Association). Our surveyors are either CSRT (Certificated Surveyor in Remedial Treatment), CSSW (Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing) qualified or members of the Institute of Surveying and Specialist Engineers (M.Inst.SSE).

Our declared aim is to ensure that we always interpret our client's exact requirements and produce recommendations which ensure the long term and total protection of our clients properties.

Expansion through Merger & Aquisition

Regent Systems and Homeguard are two names associated with the damp proofing, timber repair and structural reinforcing industry for over 25 years. With Regent operating in West Kent and Sussex and Homeguard operating mainly in the Kent area, it made sense to combine the two operations to form an organisation capable of bringing the not inconsiderable experience to home owners, councils and builders/developers alike.

“Regent Homeguard” was launched on 1st June 2007.

Axis Stabilisation, a company based in the North of England provides bespoke design and installation systems of repair for many structural repair scenarios. Drilling, ground stabilization, pressure grouting, carbon fibre reinforcement and structural anchors are all specialist areas where Axis excel. The acquisition of Axis Stabilisation means that the Group now comprises of DWC, Ava Fox Surveys, Regent Homeguard and Axis Stabilisation. As a result we are able to offer a comprehensive list of specialist services for home owners and businesses alike.
