If the works come to more than £1000 including VAT, we are able to offer generous finance terms which, if your application is successful, will mean you can take advantage of one of the options listed below.

Full details of the finance options will be included in our report and estimate as well an application form for you to complete if you wish to take advantage of the finance facilities on offer.

The application form must accompany the signed Acceptance of Contract Works. The finance company has a fast turnaround so we should be able to advise you that your application for finance has been successful within 24 business hours.

The options available are:

PAY NOTHING FOR 12 MONTHS. NO INTEREST, NO DEPOSIT!

This option gives you the opportunity to pay nothing for 12 months and then settle the
balance due plus a 7.5% administration fee.
An example would be

Job value £1250 including VAT.

Balance payable 12 months after job completion £1250 + 7.5% admin fee (£93.75) = £1343.75

IMMEDIATE INSTALLMENT PLAN

This would be paid by monthly direct debit and a special rate of interest is applied to the job value.

You would be requested to complete a standard finance application form together with a direct debit authority, and these must be submitted together with the signed Acceptance of Contract Works.
The job can then be financed over a period of 12, 24 or 36 months.
