As members of the Property Care Association (previously the BWPDA) and the Wall Ties Installers Federation we are proud and delighted to confirm that our long term company guarantees may be insured to provide a truly meaningful guarantee.

How often is it said about guarantees that they are not worth the paper they are written on!!

Well today more than ever regulation is a large part of our lives and the preservation industry has by no means escaped. However we believe that regulation has improved the reputation within the industry and the professionalism generated by being members of the PCA and the WTIF has benefited DWC, Regent Homeguard and Axis Stabilisation.

By paying a small premium our clients will benefit from the continuation of the guarantees issued by our companies in the unlikely event that we cease to trade for whatever reason. The long term guarantees issued by the WTIF insurers however provide immediate cover in respect of all works carried out.
